When you track Siddha history there are too many confusions . The war between religions also reflected in A system which have a twine witth religion. Siddha is a sect in Jainism .Siddhas are worshipped as liberated souls and people may even not accept this as they are biased with Either Saivism or Vaishnavism But reality is accepted only via history.Read the following doc.
